I am not the one who posts fake reviews for people and businesses so this is my honest review for Mehrdad after having done a double-transaction with his help. I am glad we chose to work with him out of thousands of realtors in Vancouver. Here are a few of the positives:1- We were impressed by his dedication to work as well as organizational skills. Always on time and responsive. Always friendly, flexible, and culturally aware. These are critical attributes that people don't usually pay attention to when choosing a realtor2- He did an amazing job with photography, videography, and any other required marketing techniques to attract prospects3- He would not give us false hope or fake fears. This is very important as realtors often "push" their clients to complete deals4- He thinks (and operates) logically and coherently. Strong in critical thinking / reasoning which helps with setting a proper strategy or even change it midway if needed
